I purchased this Alden design adjustable mid back mesh swivel chair for my small desk in my room. Delivery was fast . The chair itself was easy to assemble. The mesh swivel chair was soft and comfortable. However it was kinda cheaply made. But it serves the purpose that I needed it for. So I'm happy with it. If your needing something simple and comfortable that doesn't break the bank. Then this is the chair for you.

Assembly was easy, but I realized then that disassembling it later might be a bit difficult. But that's okay, why would I disassemble it? The chair is comfortable; I bought two different colors, and the wheels didn't have any problems. It's a simple desk chair. The quality is good for the price. The assembly instructions are good, only the pictures aren't proportional. It might be useful for the office, but it's not an executive chair. I bought it for home use. Adjusting is easy, as with any chair.

Unfortunately the arms are way too low. We kept if because it is for a kid, but I could never use it because my arms cannot reach the chair arms. It feels really strange. The back and cushion are decent and it's a pretty good value for the lower cost.

The assembly was simple enough. The seat cushion is comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a hole in the mesh on the back. And the chair doesn't stay in the raised position. Every time I sit, it slides back down to the lowest setting. Very disappointed in this.

I was very excited to receive this chair, but was delayed in putting it together. When I opened the box everything looked great EXCEPT the piece that connects the seat to the bottom part of the chair was completely missing. Per Walmart support I reached out to what I guessed was the manufacturer (VERY difficult to find contact information for) and never heard anything back. Walmart will not refund so I am stuck with pieces of a chair that can't be used unless I pay for a replacement part that I never even had to begin with! Don't want to chance ordering the wrong part either since there is no support. Not happy with the manufacturer AT ALL.

I don't like the chair I thought I did. It's comfortable when you're sitting in it but if you lean forward, you fall out of it it's very sturdy. The wheels are very cheap and it's unbalanced. I have fallen twice out of this chair and now the front leg broke the front wheel busted and I'm only 168 pounds on your chair said it went up to 220 or whatever it said, but I know it was over 200. Very disappointed very disappointed. Will never stop this. Discuss this this dealer again.

Our 13yo loves purple and we were excited to gift it for the 25th. With eagerness we went to put it together, to see it was damaged. Returned and replacement ordered, but 6 days later, the tracking info was unavailable, which didn't allow for refund/re-replacement/cancellation and I was informed it was probably lost. Then 2 days after that, I was told it was delivered to the wrong address, and that a refund could be issued. Here's the kicker, the item is now double the amount paid. So, if I want to chance it again, pay double the amount for a defective item?!

Holes don't line up. bolt holes are stripped . no way to put this chair together, i know now why it's on sale don't waste money on this . we waited too long to try to put together, can't even return it. the back doesn't even line up. could have been a great chair if we were able to get it together.
