Alden Design Wooden Home Office Computer Desk with Drawers and Keyboard Tray, White

The keyboard tray is a little narrow for both a keyboard and mouse (23'' wide). I customized the desk a bit by putting the drawer in upside down (which then pulls out lower) and put the shelf piece from the lower cabinet on the drawer for a mouse area. It pulls out just about level with the keyboard tray so the new mouse area is closer and not as high as if the mouse would be if it were on the desk. Arrived in good condition (assembled myself). Another modification: the instructions have the keyboard tray screwed on such that the tray doesn't come out all that far. I flipped the tray upside down before screwing it to the metal gliders so the tray is flush with the top of the desk surface when pushed in instead of flush with the legs (the desk surface overhangs a bit which it should). A little difficult to describe but the screw holes line up so the tray comes out farther if the tray is upside down before screwed in. One measurement that wasn't entirely clear is the lower right cabinet width on the inside as I think the diagram included the width of the vertical panels. It's 13.25''. Have been using the desk for 6 months now and there isn't wear on any of the surfaces. Happy with the desk. 5/5 for me.

It arrived on time . Very satisfied with appearance and construction. Very sturdy after I put it together no movement Very tight fit with parts and desk is not as heavy as it looks was able to put together by my self only needed phollips screw driver. A little bigger than I expected but functional.

Awesome desk! Especially for the price! It was so easy to assemble also. I am very happy, 10 out of 10.

Very good product based on the price. It was easy enough to make because I had my wife to help me through the process. Just follow the instructions carefully and you should be able to make it in an hr. Sleek and beautiful design. Love it and would encourage everyone to get it if they are looking for a cheaper option that would do the job.

I needed an inexpensive desk, read the size and it seemed okay. This is a children’s sized desk. It will still work but not sure what desk chair will. I am sitting on top of a large ice cooler for the time being. There are 28 pages of instructions, assembly isn’t bad but the very first steps have you handle the greasy keyboard and drawer slides. Luckily I was aware of them being greasy beforehand but if you didn’t know that you would have slimed up a lot of parts. All parts matched so assembly was easy, but it’s a lot smaller than what I realized small was going to be.

I got duplicate and missing pieces, the instructions were so hard to follow because of that. The drawers base is too long so tommorow im going to have to cut it down to size. The material is that fake wood quality but hey I guess you get what you paid for.

Mismatched pieces, holes in incorrect places- this desk is horrible! I’ve put together many things by myself with no issues but this is impossible, it’s sitting on my living room floor in pieces because I just can’t figure it out. Not worth it, definitely not for 118!!

Instructions were absolutely horrible. Took me more than 8 hours to assemble this desk due to such poor instructions. Holes for the treads also did not line up and put some of my own in. Also a few white cork screw tighteners were missing. Wouldn’t wish putting this together on my worse enemy.
