Lacoo Swivel Rocker Recliner with Massage , Brown Fabric

The Walnew Swivel Rocker Recliner with massage and heat is everything they say it is. The fake brown leather is really nice and the massage points all work although it is not real powerful it is still very relaxing and comforting. The heat is in the back only and does not quite reach low enough but it still feels great. The swivel action is very easy and the rocking/gliding motion is very smooth. The manual recline works OK and the footrest needs a little extra push when coming back upright. It is smaller than some recliners but I am 6 ft. and 245 pounds and I find it very comfortable. It went together very easy just slide the back on and connect the wires and the corded remote works good with plenty of options on the massage. I think it was a great buy and have recommended it to my friends.

I finally have my own chair yeah! Love this chair the message, heat and vibration works as it's supposed to. I got the dark gray and it's really a great chair. I would like to say, the chair is rather small and I find That with this chair my dog and I don't have enough room to sit together. But for just myself the chair fits perfectly. I would recommend this chair.

I ordered on June 12th. One box, the base of recliner was delivered on 16th. I had to call and email to get the 2nd box (arms and back). Received it 2 weeks later. The recliner is easy to assemble. The massage and heat work great. The color matches the picture. I’m very satisfied with the product, it just took awhile to get!

The chair I received is lovely, fabric is very soft, and it’s a comfortable recliner however the measurements on the site were not accurate and it is not like the chair pictured. It did not have the button on the side like it shows in the picture instead it has a pull thingy on the side of the seat beside the arm. I specifically ordered this chair because it did not have that so I was very disappointed. Massage function is good and the heat seems to work on the back so that is a plus. Overall aside from the recline release I would recommend this.

I love the chair there’s only one little problem. I have bad knees and the foot rest is kind of hard to push in when you want to get up out of the chair sometimes recliners have it on the side where you can pull up on it and the foot rest goes in really easy. I certainly wish this had that.

This was supposed to be for tall, big guys….but it's the size for smaller people. My wife is 5-6 and it fits her ok. I'm 6-5, so not so much. See pics for size reference. The fabric isn't good quality. Get what you pay for I guess.

I purchased this chair for my elderly mother. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product. The leg rest is suppose to let out without my mother actually pulling it out in place. I was under the impression that she would actually be able to feel the massage. However, this chair only gives a soft vibration with noise. No actual feelings of a massage behind her back or legs. Last but not least, there is suppose to be a heating element in the chair. The chair does not get hot. We can't even feel the heat. Basically, i just feel jipped because I paid $300 plus tax and didn't get what i ordered for my mother. It was NOT a good birthday gift. Thanks for nothing!

Did not include the elec cords. No massage or heating capabilities. Sent message to Walmart customer service, they contacted the seller, said I would hear back, never did. I contacted them myself, they lied, then lied some more. Kept me waiting until the time to return had passed, yea I know I should have never trusted them and returned it. Now, I keep sending them messages to mail the parts, more lies. Saying I need to find another warehouse for them to send it to. Now the chair is coming apart. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

i got this for my mothers husband who is disabled. He sleeps and sits in this chair alot since its hard for him to lay down. Not even one year after purchase the chair back broke while he was in it. He opened up the trying to see what went wrong and its thin really thin wood. Now this chair says it can hold up to 400lbs.

I would give a minus number if they had it. I bought 2 recliners in July 2022, 5 months later the bank broke completely in half, the foot rest on the other has stuffing coming out. I contacted the seller with numerous emails and provided pictures as asked. Last email I got asked for the pictures again. I sent them again and still nothing. Return is 90 days but for over $700 I would expect them to last longer than 5 months. Disappointed in Walmart for having a seller that doesn’t care about product issues.
