It relieves the pain throughout my whole body, not just my back. I have some serious pain %26 back problems, but with a couple Aleve added to my regular regiment, I sleep so much more soundly, during the day just 2 or 3 will help me be able to accomplish so much more verses not having them and being in rest mode much of my day.

Aleve works great for pain relief and lasts a long time, so I don’t need to take it as often as other meds. Which makes you save more too. It’s especially helpful for muscle aches and cramps. I just make sure to take it with food because it can upset the stomach sometimes. The packaging is nice and secured.

As a person with serious back issues it's been difficult to find otc meds/pain relievers that work well for significant amounts of time but Aleve has been doing great for me. Takes a little bit for it to get going but once it kicks in, it's pleasantly noticeable! I recommend it for people who have spinal issues and back tightness.

I've used this product since 2022 as I had both hip replaced and now I need both knee replaced so I am using this and it truly takes the inflammation down so i doesnt hurt do bad.

I keep a bottle of this at home, in my purse and at work. This helps weekender I over do it in the yard and after I braid my daughter's hair for 7 hours. The price is great and obviously non addicting.

Easy to store. Fast acting (about 15 minuets or so) . Smooth small size looking tablet. No taste. Definitely a go-to when I have any aches, pains, and or soreness.

They market this specifically as for back pain, but the reality is that is it literally just regular aleve. Same exact ingredients.
