Menthol and camphor really does work in easing knee pain so extremely Great for that pain. Not certain about back pain. My only issue :: somewhat hard to stay on. Have come off and attached to pants. Sometimes when applying the patch, the bottom portion attaches to skin while I'm trying to attach top part thus making patch wrinkly. However, Seem to stick well once applied but with movement, parts of patch seem to detach. I have pulled socks over patch to maintain integrity. Must be a better way because these patches really help to ease discomfort

I was very surprised how much this helped my back pain!!! I expected the patch to feel more cooling and noticeably relieve my pain. However, it inconspicuously removed most and sometimes nearly all of my moderate backpain for hours, including while I was moving around doing stuff (like cleaning). Pros: --Great for back pain (mine is throbbing and occasional sharpness right now) --Lasts for HOURS --Easy to place --Excellent Value Cons --Not very strong adhesion if you start sweating --I had trouble placing on the back of my neck and getting the adhesion to stick, but I probably should have held it to skin for several seconds before letting go Overall, I thought it was excellent and will definitely use these patches again.

I've been using lidocaine patches 5% and I just bought these a while ago and they're the best easy to put on and they start working real quick. Then you won't even realize she had to pay anymore. They should put you in a better mood and they just make you feel good.

My husband was in pain on his neck back and shoulder. And I bought this brand and he had me put them on certain spots and he said it helped him better than the other brands he tried.

These patches are my backup for when I run out of the Equate Capsaicin patches. The backing on each patch removes very easily, and the patches adhere to the skin very well! These patches cause a very cold, soothing sensation on the skin. They worked better for my knee pain, but not so good for my lower back pain. I've realized over the years that Equate products are just as good as the name brand, but priced lower! Thank you, Walmart!!!

These patches are nothing special. They might be good for very mild aches and pains. It's unfortunate that pads only work where they are placed, and it does not radiate out from that area. The bigger the patch, the more expensive.

These patches are an insult! They are too small to cover any great areas of pain.i live in chronic pain. I also have fibromyalgia and in eighteen months have broken both hips in different falls. They also say that they stick extremely well and are waterproof. NOT! Because of their size they are easily loosened and stick to your clothing with little movement and you can't find them.I was extremely disappointed and really upset at myself for not checking details or fine print and then paying $8:00 bucks for 20 worthless bandaids!

the product is very good workd on me. on my last order i ordered 2 of the 60's abd received 1 box of the 20's. i did not received 4 itemd, there is only 3 itrms .1 brulcream , 1 dobi scrub and 1 salonpas 20's
