I have used this for arthritis pain quite a while now and the lidocaine works very well! I do love this brand. And has no SMELL! Thank God! The only complaint I have is I am tired of having all of these caps that are “child resistant” It is a real PAIN trying to take it off! I have no children here in my home and never will have anymore as well. This is a huge issue and inconvenience being 65. And no one here to help me with these little things! They recently did this because I haven't seen it until this year. We should have our choices whether or not to buy ones with or without child resistant caps.

This product is a must-have in my home. I wish they made additional size bottles. However, the product is amazing for my occasional muscle pains/joint pains/back aches. It works fast %26 it works well! I usually combine it with a dose of ibuprofen %26 I'm pain-free for 4-6 hours.

Use it for many things: on temples across forehead and/or bridge of nose for headaches, neck pain, souls of feet after standing/walking too long and have sore feet, shoulder pain, knee pain. It works well for most things! It doesn't work as well on my busted knees but that's to be expected since I'm delaying knee replacement surgery.

Impossible for me to get the lid off!!! Totally aggravating!!! My husband finally got the lid off, but it was a struggle for him too. The company needs to offer a roll-on WITHOUT a child-proof lid. I think it will help pain in some areas because it's lidocaine. But it's not helping the neuropathy on my shin bone area. Hopefully it will help my back pain, but I haven't tried it there yet. The delicate skin between my thumb and forefinger is very red and irritated from trying to get the lid off, so I think I need to use the roll-on there. How ironic that this roll-on actually CAUSED pain!!! If you are elderly with weak muscles in your hands, make sure you have someone else take the lid off for you. Now I don't dare put the lid back on tightly, I have to just place the lid on without twisting it down.
