Digested Problem Solved!
I've had issues with diarrhea for years, so I started taking these. After taking for about a week, I haven't had a problem since. I wish I had taken a few years ago. There are 7 pills individually packaged They are marked with each day of the week so you can tell if you missed a dose. I'm really happy because my system seems to be happy after using this! It seems tp help
I tried these capsules because I was experiencing bloating and flatulence constantly and nothing I tried seemed to stop it. I used charcoal caps and enzymes which helped some, but didn't stop the problem completely. The package contained 21 capsules and I stopped taking them at the 16th capsule because the bloating and flatulence stopped. I stopped at the 16th capsule also because I was having an upset stomach and I was visiting my bathroom too much after about the 11th capsule. I think it is good to take when needed, but not for a prolonged period. I can say that the flatulence is little to none now as compared to how it was before taking Align.

I tried alternating 1 capsule each day for 3 days then taking a 5X and then back to a regular for 3 days. I can't honestly say that I noticed a difference. Another customer was doing this so I decided to try it. I will continue this for awhile to see if I can ascertain any long term benefit.

My gastroenterologist recommended that I take this product to help get my intestines back to normal. I take it as a good sign when my doctor specifically recommends a product. I have had absolutely no problems taking this product.

Walmart stockroom or a 3rd party? Very Scary!
The box that I received in the mail had a label ( it said thank you for using their small company)covering the opening that looked Dangerous %26 Could be Deadly! like it had been opened and labeled covering… it looked dangerous to take them I will also tell the cashier when I return it to the store. I'm a bed bound paraplegic so I will have to have my Daughter go into the store.
