It works well. It comes in aspirin form in addition to some other kind of pain reliever, so be aware of that. Its easy to use, I wish it had more flavor to make it easier to drink.

I ordered these online and it worked great for the short time I used it but I had to return two of the three boxes I bought because I'm not supposed to take aspirin or items containing aspirin. As I said, I ordered online and I didn't really notice in the description just how much aspirin I would be ingesting. Each Alka Seltzer tablet contains 325mg of aspirin. So two tablets 4 times a day would be the equivalent of 8 aspirin a day. If you can tolerate aspirin, this is a great product.

This product is the only aid I use for my allergies and cold symptoms.

The taste isn't the best but it works great. It's my go to when I'm sick. It always works good for my family.

I know from experience that taking Alka-Seltzer plus cold and flu tablets at the first sign of a cold will practically eliminate it from continuing. However, again side effects must be taken into consideration. Reading labels is mandatory. For example, the label mentions tinnitus as a side effect. I don't think it happens just after taking one dose, I took it several times because I was so sick with the respiratory flu. I developed a bad case of tinnitus. I had to stop taking it. After about three days, the tinnitus or more commonly known as ringing of the ears Did settle down and is practically gone. But it was very uncomfortable. They don't put those warnings on the labels just for nothing read them and be safe.

I've had a really bad sinus infection, so this helps me out until the antibiotics finally work. If you have to drive, do NOT take it until you're home %26 ready to relax %26 rest. It WILL make you drowsy. I'm retired %26 don't go out very often, so when I'm sick, resting %26 relaxing is about all I do. Therefore, this works really well for me.
