As soon as a sore throat or sniffles start I plop the disks in water and while they're dissolving I inhale the fizz deeply through my mouth then my nose many times, then drink it of course. Over the years this has always worked to either stop the cold before really forming or shorten the duration to 2-3 days. I'm tired of not getting my full order, but you get a full payment. This was not in my order and you can't move on without leaving a star review which is bull crap because I can't give you my honest opinion if you don't give me the product to try that's where I'm at right now. I was trying to let you know what I did not get in my order thank you. I would not have ordered a 5 pound bag for six dogs that is stupid. You sell at least a 12 pound 18 pound bag and I would've gladly had it instead of 5 pounds. I love my chopper. I have had them in the past. I just don't know what I'm gonna do with three of them now that you've tripled my order. I just got this today so I don't know how it works easier or not or if it was worth the money. I use the gel caps and that's it in this product and why you sent me fizz I don't know, but I gave it away. I never even used it.
