Alka-Seltzer Extra Strength Heartburn ReliefChews, Antacid for Fast Heartburn & Acid Indigestion Relief On the Go, 120 Ct

For someone one like me that hated that Fizzing Alka Seltzer, these are fantastic. They are a breeze to chew and swallow and give immediate relief. Even my husband, who had no complaints about the “old” fizzing tablets, is using these chewable when needed.

These have been incredibly helpful for my indigestion, providing significant relief and preventing recurring tastes of my food. I find their flavor quite enjoyable. I have relied on these for several years, and they have consistently made a positive difference. Following major knee surgery in October 2022, I experienced complications with my esophagus during my recovery, and it has not been the same since. These are the only ones I use, and they effectively address my needs while also taste good.

I've been using a different brand for years now and they just didn't seem to be working anymore. I tried this Brand because of the good reviews. They are wonderful!.....I am so happy I switched over.....I use two and my heartburn is gone within minutes. I will be ordering again.

These get the job done fast, but watch out they taste like "candy" and you will want to go back for more.

I think I have used every OTC Heartburn med. around, and find that this product is not only a pleasant tasting anti-acid, but is fast acting and leaves NO unpleasant, chalky after taste.

What I like about these? You can suck them like a mint to soften it and chew it. And you get immediate relief. I really like these.You don't have that chalky taste in your mouth

These seem to work better for me than Tums. I found these to be very expensive though. I paid over $9 for these and didn't realize it was the smaller bottle. That was a mistake on my part. They do work though.

I use this very successfully with my GLP-1, because of delayed digestion, it works exceptionally fast for relief. There's not much worse than being miserable with a volcano in your throat, and by chewing a couple of these (which taste better than any other brand) I am able to get back sleep and forget about pain for the night.

I can not really say too much about this product because I bought it for my mom, and I keep asking her if they helped her, but she only tells me "they taste good" but don't see any improvements on my mom's stomach problems complaints. Of course, my mom is an elderly woman an has many other complaints about her health and well being. This is way and did not give it more stars, but to me, Alka-Seltzer products are very good.

They work and they taste almost like candy, no chalky stuff. The only negative is that they are hard-shelled and you really have to chew them, not just let them dissolve like some Tums.
