These have been incredibly helpful for my indigestion, providing significant relief and preventing recurring tastes of my food. I find their flavor quite enjoyable. I have relied on these for several years, and they have consistently made a positive difference. Following major knee surgery in October 2022, I experienced complications with my esophagus during my recovery, and it has not been the same since. These are the only ones I use, and they effectively address my needs while also taste good.

What I like about these? You can suck them like a mint to soften it and chew it. And you get immediate relief. I really like these.You don't have that chalky taste in your mouth

i chewed 2 before i eat hot 🔥 wings . i always get heartburn . But didn't get heart burn say 2 to 4 i only eat 2 and could of eat the whole bottle because they taste absolutely delicious. yummy .

I've been using a different brand for years now and they just didn't seem to be working anymore. I tried this Brand because of the good reviews. They are wonderful!.....I am so happy I switched over.....I use two and my heartburn is gone within minutes. I will be ordering again.

These seem to work better for me than Tums. I found these to be very expensive though. I paid over $9 for these and didn't realize it was the smaller bottle. That was a mistake on my part. They do work though.

When have heartburn or stomach upset taking 2 of these always helps quickly to get rid of it. No after taste either which is always a plus.

My husband loves these. He always makes sure he has them in the house and in his work bag. They work great and bring him fast relief for his heartburn.

As I've matured having more and more episodes of heartburn. What I was taking wasn't effective anymore. Bought a small bottles of these to see if it would work better, it works much better, so a large bottle this time

I can not really say too much about this product because I bought it for my mom, and I keep asking her if they helped her, but she only tells me "they taste good" but don't see any improvements on my mom's stomach problems complaints. Of course, my mom is an elderly woman an has many other complaints about her health and well being. This is way and did not give it more stars, but to me, Alka-Seltzer products are very good.

They work and they taste almost like candy, no chalky stuff. The only negative is that they are hard-shelled and you really have to chew them, not just let them dissolve like some Tums.
