Hi, I purchased this because our cd player was skipping. I went to bestbuy and the cheapest they had was $29. It also didn't mention cd players, it said it was for dvd's. So I found this one and purchased it. I put it in and it seemed like it was doing things. Then I tried a cd that had previously had been skipping. It seemed like it worded at first. It played through parts that had been skipping, but then it started skipping again. I tried recleaning it and same thing. So it seems like maybe it worked, and maybe my cd player is just shot? I don't know. If I had not seen any difference, I would have given a bad review, but since at first it seemed like worked, I would have to say it might work for you. For the price, it's worth a try.

No response from company to my emails regarding a return.

Audio intro/directions was horrible and the so-called sound correction is just a gimmick. There are better choices!
