I was happy with my mattress but my partner complained the mattress was too firm, so I purchased this, thinking if it was too soft for my comfort it was not a bid investment. Well, let me tell you. The first night I slept on this, I did not move once. I was so comfortable! And when I woke up, my posture was perfect and my back felt better than it had in years. Every night since, I sleep so comfortably. It's just the right amount of support.

You guys… I cannot even express how comfortable this was for to sleep on in the hospital!!!! I have had back surgery and have chronic back pain and never once felt the hardness of the hospital mattress while I slept. It was easy for my husband to roll up and toss in a large trash bag to bring home. Little did I know I would be hospitalized again, 2 weeks after that, for 4 additional nights. Again benefiting from this amazing mattress. So thick. So luxurious!!!! If it made my hospital stay bearable I can't imagine how nice it would my bed at home. ❤️❤️😊☀️❤️❤️

I used this on a sleeper sofa I had to sleep on for a few months. It made the bed much more comfortable. Better than the bar I could feel through the thin mattress that was hurting my back each night. I just put this on top of the sleeper sofa mattress and then used a fitted sheet to bring the 2 together. I plan on using it on my full size bed when I return home next month. You'll want to rotate it about every 2 weeks to keep it firm and let air get back into it. I'm glad I went with the 4 inch version and not the 3 inch model. Much cheaper than a Dormeo.

We are currently in the process of remodeling and sleeping on a sofa bed. Our backs have been hurting and a dip in the middle formed rather quickly. We ordered this from Walmart since our local store was out of stock. It came the next day right on time without any issues. After letting it fill out for most of the day (the instructions state 24-48 hours) we slept on it that night and it felt amazing!! It's soft but firm enough to support our backs and we didn't wake up sore and stiff like we have been. It is a great buy and we plan on using it on our actual bed once we are done with the remodeling. The cooling feature seems to work well, I sleep hot and do feel a little warmer if I wake up in the middle of the night but nothing that keeps me from falling back to sleep. We didn't notice any strong chemical smells when we first opened it so it's great if you need to use it shortly after getting it since you won't have to wait for the smell to dissipate. This made our sofa bed feel like a brand new top line bed. We love it!!

Overall this product is great but too thick for our liking. So product is as advertised but we didn't like it as much as we thought we would. Our bodies sunk in and left our legs above our head which might benefit some shoppers but was not the preferred experience for my husband. Moved it to a spare bedroom and applied a thinner mattress topper.

Okay, if you purchase the twin, it is fine; loved it. But I needed a king size, purchased 1 and have to return it as one side feels like you'r falling out of bed. Purchased another one. It is ok, nothing like the twin size mattress. Don't think they know how to make a larger foam mattress. Anyhow, having to return my first king size is awful. Could not roll or fold up to fit in box. doesn't come in bag, just rolled plastic. I did the best I could and that is how they are going to get it back.

Not as described in terms of thickness, cooling half is non-supportive, indentations in foam do nothing and reduce potential thickness

I only give it a one. because it says cooling gel. I get very hot at night and thought this was going to help. I'm not if its the sheets or what. But this did not help me. I like this brand but this did not keep me cool. Plus they don't make the queen size one i brought before. That one helped me out over this one.

Product was defective. It was very inconvenient to find out on the night that I needed company and I needed the topper. It was too short for the bed and wasn't made properly. I was very disappointed. My experience with Walmart, customer service, and the employees Went very well. Disappointed in the quality of the product. Which is a reflection on Walmart as a whole.

They say it's 4” thick but it's really not with the egg crate structure on bottom side. Too soft and weak and after a couple months sleeping on it I'll have to find another bed topper as this one already has lost its support and my back is hurting again. As for cooling aspect…. I can't tell the difference from past toppers. Overall way too expensive at $140 for queen size for what you get. If you need an actual 4” topper don't buy this one, it's a rip off.
