Fortunately the product, once it is blended and shaken with milk or water, isn't at all chalky or bland tasting. There is a yummy vanilla flavor all drink through, and it is filling for a long time. Plenty of protein is in this product, you can tell by the energy you get from each drink and swallow. I'm just beginning this journey of weight loss but am positive that this product will aid greatly in its success overall.

A great meal replacement shake really works.
Almased is a great weight loss meal replacement shake for me. I started 5 days ago at 144lbs and now 140lbs. I can see my abdomen decrease. I mix it with Fat Free milk and half of a banana and crushed ice using my NutriBullet 3 times a day . This is my second time around using Almased. I strayed away from the plan the first time and gained my weight back. Now I'm doing it again and plan to use it for continued weight loss and balanced nutrition. I've only exercised one time for 5 minutes on my rowing machine 😂 . I'm definitely not an exercise person. But all I know is that I do very little to no exercise and I can see and feel the weight loss. I do not know what they put in Almased but it works.

I will use vanilla, but I prefer strawberry. It isn't bad as far as diet drinks go.

Make this. EBT approved, to afford it long.
There should. Be EBT eligible . I'm a senior citizen on tight budget. this product is great. 4 or people who want to lose weight . I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks...

Just starting to use this so I really don't know how to rate it. Received 2 different instructions, so was confused at first. It takes a while for Almased people to reply back so before anyone uses this product make sure you get the correct measurements.
