This makeup is hard to find and I am glad I am able to order it from Walmart. I have been using this makeup for years. It provides good coverage that last. I also like that it doesn't make my skin look oily. Please keep caring this brand!
I've used this product for years! I have very sensitive skin and this really keeps my break outs down.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this foundation is very comfortable and has a light to medium coverage easy to work with looks beautiful I have mature combination dry skin and it held up great I did set it with a setting powder because well I love setting my foundation with it all the time I like a very matte look this is a bit dewy look without setting it great for an everyday foundation so far I really enjoy it definitely adding it to my makeup routine
My skin is oily, breakout prone, and sensitive. My skin is going through a phase of breaking out daily, leaving my skin with bad acne in different spots. As you can see in the before photos that I took at three different angles, I have acne spots every where. At 44, I would acne would be a thing of the past, but nope. I bought this foundation yesterday, and it's amazing. It's covered every acne spot while treating it, and soothing my sensitive skin, which was very irritated from my old makeup and my old products. You can see the difference in the after photos, using the same three angles. I recommend this foundation if you have oily, breakout prone and sensitive skin. The shades are darker than my old makeup, so I suggest going down a shade. But don't worry if it's too light, it does adjust to your skin tone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mature, acne-prone skin. I either get hormonal acne or a breakout because I didn't wash my face the night before. I was excited to try out this foundation because of its benefits for my skin. One major flaw, the colors are way off; this is the reason why I removed one star. This makeup looked so orange on me and gave me Oompa-Loompa vibes. If you are going to try this out, I suggest seeing the product in person. I removed another star because I realized that this product wore best with a moisturizing primer; I normally wear an oil control one because I can get pretty oily throughout the day. The product looked cakey and was hard to apply with an oil-control primer. Once I wore it with a moisturizing primer (which I only had because it was a sample) it wore beautifully all day and controlled the shine. I work 12-hour shifts so long-wearing is important to me. Despite the color match, I made it work. For reference, the pictures show a light hand so that the color doesn't look too bad on my skin and the concealer's color tone allows the foundation to blend with my skin tone better. I tried doing two layers of this foundation and the color was horrible so I had to opt for a little less coverage but, like I said, I made it work. The other photos show what my makeup look like after a 12-hour day at work. Notice that the only thing that came off was my contour due to wearing a mask for the majority of the day.
As others have said, the new formula and colours are nothing like the original. Why would you do this to loyal customers? I have been using this product ever since they introduced the sample sizes over 10 years ago. So disappointing. I now have 4 bottles of this stuff that is way too dark for my skin. Also why do I need to fill in my eye colour in order to review this product? How is that relevant?
I'm SO sad and frustrated the formula has changed. My skin doesn't like this formula AT ALL. I have pimples all over my face by the end of the day. I have never had this issue ever, so I know it is the makeup. To add to that, I was shade “porcelain” before the formula change so that's what I ordered. It's not even close! So much darker, it's more in line with the shade 300. Don't waste your money on this one. I need to find a new foundation now, it's literally taken me years to find a foundation that worked and now I'm back at square one.
This was MY foundation. I've used this foundation for 10+ years. I even used it before they even had the color porcelain formulated. Once they formulated porcelain I was so happy because it was light and fair enough for my skin. However, the new porcelain color is a good 3 shades deeper and ORANGE. The undertone is so unbelievably orange. I don't understand how that is considered porcelain. I bought 2 bottles thinking they were the same color, hopefully I can get a refund. I'm sad I guess I'll have to find a new holy grail.
Why did you change the formula! It was perfect now the new one makes me breakout
