I agree with almost everything I see here. I liked the old formula, this is the only product that has worked for me...and SOOOOOOOOO miss the colors...I don't like or use black..I loved the purple and blue....I would come back as a customer as well, I am always checking...

I got the new one and it's awful!! I have looked everywhere for another option and haven't been able to. When are you going to go back to the old design and formula??? I have used it for ever and never had a problem! Why did you discontinue it??? You know the saying: if it works why fix it??

Your new eyeliner pales in comparison to the original intense i-color eyeliner… if your sales weren't as high as you wanted, The problem was NOT with the quality of your product.… it was most likely a problem with your marketing and advertising… you need to bring back the original product with either new packaging or new advertising and New marketing strategies

Whyyyyy would you discontinue the clearly beloved Intense I-Color line???! I've used Black Pearl Intense I-Color loyally for over a decade- please bring back the original formula! This new “version” is TERRIBLE! Like, you went from the best eyeliner I'd ever used to the worst! It's nothing like the old formula which had a great glide and good blendability. Look at ALL these terrible reviews saying the same thing. Clearly you have a market for the Intense I-Color! So bring it back and make your customers happy again!

I used the old Almay Eyeliner w/sharpener for so many years and loved it. Recommended it to most of my friends, so they are disappointed as I am. I have found another brand that looks and lasts the same. Only, it's more expensive. From the reviews I have read today, the change was not a good idea.

So completely disappointed you have discontinued Brown Topaz. Not everyone wants a brown that is as dark as black. The slight touch of copper in the brown softens the color and works well with my hazel eyes. Not everyone wants their eyeliner standing out 30 ft away. Colors are supposed to light up our faces not make us look garish.

I am a long time Almay customer. I recently purchased the 210 Black Amethyst eye liner pencil. This product is impossible to use. It continually breaks into little pieces and flakes. I was left with flakes of color on my face, hands, and counter top. I would give this product 0 stars. Really disappointed!!!

I always purchase Almay products, however lately they do not seem to be the same quality. Latest purchase is Almay Eyeliner Crayon contour and it broke right away. I have used Almay since I quit selling Mary Kay products. owever I am dissappointed in the quality at this time.

I used to love this product. Had been loyal for years. But, the new formula leaves a lot to be desired. As others have stated, it crumbles and breaks frequently (not up too far, usually I am not even using it when it breaks, just crumbles off). I tried switching to Almay's liquid liner but that burns when I put it on. I will not be using Almay anymore.

Loved the Intense i-Color eyeliner. This is a very poor substitute. It does not go on easily, the liner cdumbles, it no longer creates a smooth line, and doesn't smudge welll. This eye liner is worse the the no name eyeliner you can get at the dollar store and makes me wonder what's wrong at Almay.
