Alpha Joy 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill and Griddle Combo with Side Burner in Black

This grill is very easy to assemble. As I just recently purchased this grill to replace my previous one. This grill cost me approximately less than an hour to put together. I have moved it to my backyard porch. I can tell the material would last longer as it is a legit sturdy material. Our backyard porch is right next to the grass field, so there might be some moisture and dust that would easily be adhesive to the outside of the grill. I try it once and just used a damp cloth to wipe it, all dirt has gone. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I cant wait for the summer to come for our backyard bbq party already!

So the men in my house love to grill and our poor grill died this past Sunday. Let's all have a minute of silence in memory. She was great for years and was definitely over-used. We went for this Alpha Joy due to great reviews and fabulous sale price. Just got it so can't speak for durability. Arrived next day and in perfect condition. Easy to assemble (but my hubby is thee man w the tools, I only watched) it looked very easy. Love the doors to keep the tank and cleaning stuff hidden. Doors don't align perfectly but we know what we want, we take what we can get. Heats up fast. Reached 350° in under 4 minutes. It is exactly as expected, dimensions are listed on the description, so no size surprises. Convenient drip tray, our old grill had a messy one. Covered it in aluminum foil to make cleanup a breeze. As per the description, does not include the rotissery accessories or a cover. I ordered those separately. She's ready for tomorrow and we hope she lasts. Has big shoes to fill.

The grill looks great and is the perfect size for a medium family. Heats up quickly and works great. Works well with the rotisserie I purchased. Awesome for cooking meat and veggies at the same time! Love the side burner too. It's super easy to move around thanks to the four wheels, so I can take it wherever I need it. It looks great and is easy to clean, which is a big plus. This one has all the features we wanted, and overall, it's reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

It's really sturdy compared to my old charcoal grill. It has a charcoal side, a gas side with a 3-burner grill, and a side burner too. I cooked on both sides at once, and everything turned out delicious! I really love the side table and the hooks—they're great for keeping my tools handy. And the crank handle, it's super easy to adjust the heat for the charcoal. I don't have to open the lid anymore to manually adjust the coal pan, so I don't risk getting burned or needing pot holders!

The grill is great, reason I made this purchase was I added your Angi assembly cost as I'm unable to do it and DID NOT want to ask family or friends to assemble for me!!! That did not happen which thankfully, you did refund that cost. I had to scramble to find someone who could assemble for me, very disappointing. I do my grocery shopping on line with you and Have always been very happy with the great service your employees have shown over the years. We are in a rural area and I just learned hard way that Angi was useless in our location. Thank you

poor quality control. top panel for door one side is not drill for rods. I'm not able to install the right side door

Rated an overall 2 due to the dent. spent a couple of hours putting the stand together. then realized the hood had a dent. the dent warped the back of the hood and you need to push the back panel for the hood to open. It was packaged great

Arrived damaged. Looked used instead of new, some of the dents could be from poor shipping but the damage to the burners does not seem to be possible from shipping.

I ordered the grill as it was just what i was looking for to replace my old grill. when it arrived, the box was a little torn, but not in bad shape. However, upon opening the box, it had been repackaged from a previous owner. It was partially assembled, and packages of assembly items had been opened, taped babk with items missing. The biggest problem was that the whole top was dented in and couldn't be popped back out. The damage was not from shipping but rather from the previous owner. I was very disappointed in receiving damaged goods. I also had paid for professional assembly, and all the damage was thankfully found by the ANGI assembly person. Another disappointment was when i had been charged $96 for the assembly, but that ANGI only pays the man doing the assembly $40. He actually showed me his info from ANGI. What a ripoff. Next, i made a call to Wal Mart and found out that they would schedule a pickup by FEDEX. It was picked up, but several days later, I am still waiting for my refund. The assembly refund supposedly to come in a later refund I would not recommend this item. Wal Mart representative said this was on the vendor, but I purchased from Wal Mart and not a vendor. Shame on Wal Mart for this sale. I ended up buying another brand at Tractor Supply, which also comes with free assembly! BUTER BEWARE SH

On delivery by FedEx I was on porch watching the guy roll and manhandle the box off truck and dropped it on a dolly As he came towards me we said hey and he then let the dolly slam down and the box bounced and hit my concrete porch. Then he turned and left. So I carefully got it inside with help and waited a couple days to put together at which point I found dented lid preventing it from opening with out my help as it kept catching on the bottom As I went thru parts to assemble found out it's missing several. I have emailed the support 3 times and have still not had a response. Product seems great but customer service and support don't exist nor care
