I would make sure that two people, at least, put it together. Try not to tighten the screws until finished. Remember what was loose, then tighten all when finished. Once together, I was impressed with the cooking area size, especially the side burner. Burners are small and evenly spaced. I kept looking to see that it is on. Lets see how many years I will get.

It had a few dings but 4 burners wow you can really dial the temperature. The gease pan and catcher are easy to clean.

Very cheaply made grill. Yes it works, but no where close to worth the money this thing was on sale for let alone retail.

it took about an hour to assemble. The doors and drip tray are very flimsy and cheaply built . Put my tank in the next morning outside because I put it together in my house. Went to ignite it and the igniter didn't work i had the battery in right and i had 4 brand new battery's tried all of them and did not work. It was a faulty igniter switch. I ordered a replacement one from Amazon and got it 2 days later and put in right away and it works perfectly. I got ahold of the company they said they are going to refund me the $9.62 cents I spent on the replacement igniter. It was pretty easy to replace I took the Hood off and all the other loose stuff out and flipped it upside down. Was easier to doing that way.

Very disappointed, I searched for a grill that fit our needs, with ceramic grate, thermostat on hood and was big enough to cook on. EVERYTHING sticks to the grill, not matter what I use on it and can barely fit 8 burgers. It's been very difficult to get a good setting, with all four burners the temp goes way to high, even on lowest setting. However, with one or two off, things just don't cook right. I think the overall worse part is the drip tray is so close to the burners that all the grease from something like burgers, gets so hot, it lights the whole thing up and there is nothing you can do other than shut off the grill. The tray is at a set level so we can't just take it out and move it down, but it just ruins the overall use of the grill. Maybe this is user error, but I've been cooking on a grill for nearly 20 years and NEVER have had such a pain. Very disappointed

The lack of understanding by Joyce was not a happy day on refunding the price of the gift so that I could buy another similar item in time for Labor Day weekend… She never notified me correctly so it would not get shipped instead of thanking the seller for his gift to me

I recently purchased this grill and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with its design. The burners are positioned too close to the cooking surface, which causes the food to burn on the outside while remaining undercooked on the inside. This makes it very difficult to grill anything properly, especially thicker cuts of meat or poultry. I was hoping for a better cooking experience, but the uneven heat distribution and poor burners placement make it hard to me. I do not recommend this grill if you are looking for consistent and reliable results.

It was damaged and missing a few pieces

I ordered the grill as it was just what i was looking for to replace my old grill. when it arrived, the box was a little torn, but not in bad shape. However, upon opening the box, it had been repackaged from a previous owner. It was partially assembled, and packages of assembly items had been opened, taped babk with items missing. The biggest problem was that the whole top was dented in and couldn't be popped back out. The damage was not from shipping but rather from the previous owner. I was very disappointed in receiving damaged goods. I also had paid for professional assembly, and all the damage was thankfully found by the ANGI assembly person. Another disappointment was when i had been charged $96 for the assembly, but that ANGI only pays the man doing the assembly $40. He actually showed me his info from ANGI. What a ripoff. Next, i made a call to Wal Mart and found out that they would schedule a pickup by FEDEX. It was picked up, but several days later, I am still waiting for my refund. The assembly refund supposedly to come in a later refund I would not recommend this item. Wal Mart representative said this was on the vendor, but I purchased from Wal Mart and not a vendor. Shame on Wal Mart for this sale. I ended up buying another brand at Tractor Supply, which also comes with free assembly! BUTER BEWARE SH

On delivery by FedEx I was on porch watching the guy roll and manhandle the box off truck and dropped it on a dolly As he came towards me we said hey and he then let the dolly slam down and the box bounced and hit my concrete porch. Then he turned and left. So I carefully got it inside with help and waited a couple days to put together at which point I found dented lid preventing it from opening with out my help as it kept catching on the bottom As I went thru parts to assemble found out it's missing several. I have emailed the support 3 times and have still not had a response. Product seems great but customer service and support don't exist nor care
