Useful and worthy of consideration!
The trays are removable and can be used without holder and more enlarged bowls placed then on flat large surface area. I think it was a great idea too and would definitely recommend. My wife this very day is using at a family friends birthday party.

Alpine Food Warmer
My family and I host quite a bit so the food warmers are perfect for entertaining! Don't have to worry about reheating food for late-coming guests. it keeps food warm!

Overall this works well for medium size servings for a party of 15-20. Anything over this size you will need larger containers. Kept food warm and did not scorch. I will look into the automatic shut off.

Nice warmer
I love this warmer. We use it for family gatherings all the time. The only thing is that it gets scratched from the pans very easily.
