It seems to work just fine as far as removing the moisture from the air. After running for about 2 days in my medium size bedroom with no AC (only a ceiling fan and table fan), I measured 1/2 cup of water in the machine. So even though the room is warm, it's comfortable with the fans and low humidity. The water is very easy to empty, just turn and lift the top part of the machine off of the little water tank, empty the tank and replace the top. The machine is also very quiet while running, I can't hear it unless I get very close to it. It has a nice little night light which is not too bright but enough to help you see if you have to get up in the middle of the night. And the machine is small so it doesn't take up much space on my night table. I bought two of these for both bedrooms and I think it was a good purchase. Oh, there is one thing that could be improved... The on/off button and the nightlight button are impossible to see in the dark and difficult to see even in the light. I solved the problem by cutting two small pieces of masking tape and labeling them with L (light) and O (on/off) and sticking them on the appropriate spots. It doesn't look all that great but I can see where the buttons are so it works and saves me some frustration. I don't understand why they didn't make those little buttons light up instead of just printing them dark gray on a black background. Neither of mine light up so if there's something I don't know, please tell me.

Keeps yoga room small area less than 100 sq ft, works great and keeps out musty odor from stagnating. During the summer months it has to be emptied daily but good product for small areas

Works surprisingly well for the price point. Using this for my living room, which has an open floor design connecting to the kitchen. However, this machine has reduced the humidity greatly and it feels so much better in the room. Also, I live in an extremely humid climate!

I bought one of these just to make sure it worked, then I bought two more! Can't beat the price and the convenient size. It pulls a lot of moisture from my Florida home.

Our house is small, with one bathroom between myself, husband and teenage son. So for the 3 showers a day and no real ventilation the walls would have moisture and it was stale and musty. This thing is amazing. I've had it for a couple months so far and it's made a huge difference. No wet walls or damp smells. The pictures are after a little over 24hrs. The lights are helpful at night too.

this little dehumidifier is small but works fantastic! I put it in my laundry room and dump it every other day. love this product, wish they made a bigger version for whole house.

Haven't had it for even a year yet and it already stopped working . And store only has a 30 day return policy.... money down the drain.

i cant tell you if the product actually works or not because it stinks really bad. i put it in my bedroom and i can still smell it from my kitchen. kind of like a plasticy burnt smell

Honestly it is worthless! Maybe made for a Barbie Dream House! If you seriously need a dehumidifier pls look further. I am returning and spending more money!

I plugged this thing in and got it set up about three days after I purchased it unfortunately it does not work and I've already threw the box away. Now I am stuck with a piece of junk that does not work. My advice do not buy this.
