If you're a music lover just stop reading reviews and purchase this speaker. I was very skeptical at first but I bought it, and it's epic. The sound quality is amazing and it comes with a cool stand. Cheap price for such quality do yourself a favor and buy it

I tried the Alltec Lansing hydra mini 2.0 to replace a LifeJacket H20. The mini had issues staying paired and the audio was pretty lackluster in terms of volume and bass. I had used the Alltec Lansing LifeJacket H20 for years, was really happy with it so wanted to stay with this brand. This HydraMotion is great. It is very close to the LifeJacket in terms of sound quality and the bass is an upgrade. I have used it on the beach continuously and have no complaints even with sand stuck in all the speaker holes. Rained on it a couple times and was even able to continue to enjoy music on my walk back. I would highly recommend this speaker. It may not have the volume to entertain a party, but certainly is enough for around the house or at the beach. The bass has some punch, without being distorted. I listen to mainly rock and pop, so someone with a need for bass like rap or house might want an upgrade from this. I have not used the mount that it came with, but seems pretty handy too.

This little speaker is small, but my might've this little speaker is small, but mighty. Great sound, easy to operate and a great bargain. Great sound, easy to operate and a great bargain walmart made it easy to order and it came in two days to my home. Outstanding!

it is in fact waterproof im not sure about having it water for long periods of time but if it slips into the tub you'll be fine. i thought it would be a tad bit louder but if placed right it still sounds good in a living room area

It is loud enough for a nice bass vibration, but not loud enough that my neighbors can also hear (thankfully). I wish it was a LITTLE louder, but it's the best I've found between the $50-$120 range.

Altec lansing has had some hits like the OG Baby Boom, then went cheap ruining those hits. But this speaker is back to a hit.

Awesome sound and way cool speaker

This speaker is not loud at all. I have not owned it long enough to know if the battery is going to last, but not worth the money. It was not much louder than my phone is itself.

If you try to turn the speaker up too loud, it will automatically turn off. Unfortunately, this is the same thing that happened with my last Altec speaker too, so I won't be buying this brand anymore.

This speaker isn't loud at all! I have a liddo Crosley cassette speaker that's louder than this and it was 15$. Definitely not worth 50$. Will be returning!
