it's a great product. Unfortunately not all the parts where in the box. It appears that someone had previously opened the box and returned it without replacing All the parts. However the Uriah company was very helpful in ordering the new items.

Damage, and used item
I paid for a brand new aluminum hitch that as soon as I saw the box could already tell it has been opened, when I opened it I was right, this hitch has scratches and dents all over, so it was returned already and used. I can keep this one, I don't want to wait more time for the NEW one to arrive. I can keep it if I get a good discount. Tell me if there is one if not I'll just return it and get it somewhere else. Thank you

Are you kidding me….what happened Quality Control
Walmart shipping and delivery is great! However, AlumaTow products need attention. The receiver hole was drilled off-center enough I was unable to even get the pin in! Would love to support the Missouri based AlumaTow company but their ChiComm manufacturer obviously has quality control issues and their work is not checked before distribution here. Would be concerned how often the ChiComm company tests material at loads advertised before failure.

Best hitch for the money!!
Amazing hitch, I just towed a trailer loaded with 6,500 pounds from San Diego California to tampa Florida and then to Stafford Virginia and this hitch held up so good!! The solid aluminum design definitely makes it more ridged. Will definitely recommend to anyone else!

Nice and sturdy drop hitch
The adjustable hitch is built pretty solid and worked out great. Item was shipped very quick and arrived in very good condition.

"The package as delivered in the plastic bag, however when I opened the plastic bag the box had been previously opened. The *********"" ball is missing. I don't want a refund I just want the 2 5 /16"" ball to complete the set."

Wal-mart must be smarter than me!
I ordered the wrong size, so I re-ordered the correct size, and in your infinite wisdom, wal-mart decided to cancel my order, not once but twice. So I gave up and ordered the same exact hitch from Amazon.
