I had to wear these when I had bronchitis episode. Lots of coughing, sneezing, and yes, peeing, due to having four lovely children. They kept my undies dry. They were plenty long and definitely absorbent. Now I keep them on hand with the pantry liners.

So I have tried all types of products. I’ve tried incontinence pads – many different brands and I’ve tried period also many different brands. Hands-down these are the best thing I have found. They fight odor tremendously well, and they are by far the most comfortable thing I have used. I thought because of the size they would not be, but the fact that they do not have a lot of plastic makes them less likely to retain heat and not as uncomfortable. Will not use anything else now.

I love these, i always wear black so i wanted something a bit more discreet as i wear these for leakage but they will Provide support on those unexpected periods . Not to mention they have a nice scent and doesn't let my leakage stink! I will continue to buy these and i strongly recommend them!

I drink alot of water and it seems to hit me in the middle of the night. There is nothing worst than waking up and running to the bath room and not able to hold your pee. I deceided to turn to %234 Always. This brand is my first time using them and they seem to help do what they are made to do for us ladies. Im not ready for underwear or "7 all night Always so hoping this will work. After 2 C- Sections and a complete Hysterectomy my insides isn't as strong as they once was..Anyway Thank You Always Bladder Control for helping a person like myself..

The scent someone complained about is very light and it subdues any body odors. It is not offensive in the least. They can buy the original Always pads if they don't like it. These make me feel less gross. The other pads are large and make me feel old. These are actually pretty. They absorb a lot. The other original pads and also other brands would jut out of my underpants. I wear pretty underpants so this is important, not to mention who wants a huge pad sticking sideways out of their underwear.

For women with bladder incontinence these are the best for me. They are not thick and stay in place. The problem now is finding them. Why can’t they be back in the store! I’ve had these issues for going on 14 years so I’ve tried a lot. These are the best

I wanted to try these to see how they fit and hold up First thing I noticed is these have a heavy scent - not over powering, just more than the other type I was using, but you get the full picture when you open the package or the pad. They hold up well. I did not have any twisting or moving like some other pads. I get past the scent by taking them out of the bag and putting them in a mesh basket. I think if you are on the fence or not fully satisfied with other brands // products, give these a try.

I had a sense that the size of the product was less than before when I opened the package to inspect the new shipment. I took some measurements, and the dimensions appear the same or very similar. But the digital scale verifies a reduction in mass: new product (June 2024) = 8g per unit, compared with previous purchase (Sept. 2023) = 10g per unit. With the outer wrapper removed, the mass is 8g (June 2024) versus 9g (September 2023) per unit, a reduction of over 10%. I measured several more on the digital scale to make sure this is not a fluke, and the mass is consistent. In contrast, the competitor's comparable product of the same size and rating, which I also purchased both times, has a mass of 11g (unchanged from September 2023 to June 2024) and costs 26% less, having reduced its price by 11.5% between September and June. I know which product I am going to buy next time.

When I ordered descriptions of product said 100 pads. I received 48. This is why I ordered thinking it was 100.

Very delayed delivery. Ordered 3 and it took 3 deliveries! Additionally, they requested a signature to deliver two. It is more trouble using Walmart delivery. It shouldn't take weeks to receive an online delivery, and it shouldn't require 3 deliveries and call for a signature.
