Listen, I'm 29 years old. I've never been pregnant, gone through childbirth, or had any need for postpartum underwear. However, I have had heavy periods for most of my life. As in, tampons won't help, and pads, while better than tampons (for me), will eventually shift or move, and then I'd leak over the rim, causing a huge mess, especially when sleeping overnight or sitting in certain positions. When browsing at a local grocery store one night, I saw this. And a lightbulb went off. After years of dealing with issues and heavy periods, I was thrilled to find an alternative. Realistically, I know there are other alternatives out there—cups, etc. But... Right now, they don't appeal to me. I bought a pack of these babies and never looked back. I feel no shame wearing these, nor embarrassment. These puppies make me feel super comfortable and protected, and I'll happily use these moving forward. It's nice to know that one day, if I have kids, I might use these for that purpose, too. Highly recommended, I love these and hope I never stop making them.

These are very comfortable I would like them to be a bit more thin but overall I like them, even my daughter ended up liking them the absorption is really good. They fit a bit snug but true to size. We purchased size medium and we were about 130 pounds at the time and 5'5. The are maybe a 5/10 for breathability.

sizing is TERRIBLE. ALWAYS large run MUCH smaller than large in DEPENDS! Fit is smaller....fit like hip hugger panties. Fat ladies don't wear HIP HUGGER fit INCONTINENCE BRIEFS! Due to inclement weather...I was stuck wearing GO-GO size briefs!!!!!! lol! Snow and ice!!!!!!!!!!!! HOWEVER...ALWAYS did seem to be more absorbent. DEPENDS coming today...in the nick of time! P.S. no way I'm going to walk into WALMART with an package of incontinence briefs for RETURNS! However, when I do order again .... I'm going to try the XL ALWAYS.
