Equate Options Women's Incontinence Pads, Maximum Absorbency, Long Length, 45 Count

We have tried many brands. These are the best; bar none! they are the correct length, they are so soft, cushiony, they have gathers in the center on sides so the fit beautifully. we use these for our 84 y.o. mom. She has been just so happy that we were able to try different sizes and absorbancies; and find the comfort she needed. We still have room for the heavier ones for car trips etc! Thank you Walmart

My family member turned me on to these, and I'm and I'll be forever grateful. I will say if you pee a whole lot then you should get the biggest ones they offer because these wont be helpful. They are excellent for coverage and they stay in place. I am a bigger woman and I thought that since they don't have wings that I would have a place a problem with them staying in place and I don't. They have a lot of tape on them so they'll stay where you put them. Also, I mainly use mine for incontinence issues and not full urination. However, I speak to my family memeber on a regular basis and they drink way more fluids now and have been peeing way more than useul and these no longer serve their purpose for them.

I honestly never expected to need to order these. Until I got the flu, and then pneumonia in the middle of spring. I have never coughed so much in my life and bladder leaking was for REAL! I was too sick to go to Walmart myself and buy what I needed, and the convenience of home delivery with the flu hooked me on the service for good. I was able to have everything I needed delivered to my house, including the Equate incontinence pads. They worked great. Did the job I needed them to do, were comfortable to use and had zero leaks at all. And the amount of violent coughing fits I had were absolutely insane. Never thought about needing this type of product until I did. And this one worked amazingly.

i like the pads but they're not like they use to be. you changed the purple outer coving of the pad and it's not a sticky as it use to be and it use to direct which end goes where.

I have used these for years with no problem until the design changed. My Bladder has actually improved, but after the design changes I've started having leaks. The new design didn't improve absorbency, They are much less absorbent. The design needs to change. I'm going to look for a better brand.

This was an excellent product that I used for years. They redesigned them probably to cut cost. They are noticeably thinner and don't even have padding in the center. It's some weird channel that just causes urine to flow over the sides. Have had to change my clothes several times due to leakage. Do not buy.

They changed the design and destroyed these SO THAT THEY ALWAYS LEAK NOW, then they jacked up the price. There's no point in ordering them online, it's not even cheaper anymore! You might as well go into the store and use your HFA card and buy POISE in the pharmacy with your insurance benefits! they're probably about the same price now and it doesn't matter when these don't work at all anymore! These leak and are too expensive now

These were great for the price. However, I wouldn't recommende you purchase them since Walmart sent them to me without putting them in a box. I live in an apt. complex %26 they were late arriving %26 set out in the hall for two hours for all my neighbors to see. Walmart has no respect for their customers regarding personal items. Amazon always puts personal items in a cardfboard box.

The sizing through the crotch area is so small that it doesn't fully cover the underwear. You have to buy ultimate absorbency to cover the area and that's just barely, while absorbency in general is adequate it's pretty iffy. If a woman has frequent and high volume accidents neither size helps much. All incontinence pad makers need to do much better by our aging population because this ain't it

If you have bladder issues this is not the pads to buy!! They leak something awful, ladies with bladder issues know how you need something that will hold in case you sneeze or cough and your bladder releases. This is not the pad for us
