Always Ultra Thin Pads with Wings, Size 3, Extra Long Super Absorbency, 52 Count I purchased these in error, but they are still okay for the need that I use them. I wouldn't say they are super absorbent, but more for light leaks. The size is better than most pads. They don't seem to slide around as much as a typical pad does. I only use them for overnight issues I experience due to an unsuccessful surgery. They are definitely not made for heavy days.

I thought the length of %233 was a bit longer even with using the guide. I swear I used %233 when I was ovulating. I see things have changed. Yes, 17 years postmenopausal and Mounjaro hit me hard, so I had to temporarily re-enter the world of sanitary napkins. I am not having full on periods but enough to need protection and and I am so happy these are thin and discreet! And if I had realized the actual length I may have gone up a size for overnight protection. But I am still very happy with these. I especially like the adherence of the tape on both the body and the wings. They work so much better in 2025. No adhesive sticking to the cotton underwear.

I order these pads from Walmart website since many years. these pads don't give me irritation and I feel very comfortable myself with these pads. they are better than other brands.

This product fits me very well, especially the length. I rely on it for everyday use.

They must have changed the glue awhile ago. I used these for decades %26 sadly they must have changed the glue to stick to your undies because they don't stay on as good as they did before. Still ok, just noticed the change

Bought this one the %233, not good. Feels like sand paper against the skin. Very rough not soft. I developed a rash from them. I, usually, purchase the %234, but they were out of stock. The %234 are soft and comfy. Sadly theses %233 are not. Horrible

Pros: A good fit, wings wrap around underwear well, seem to absorb well. Cons: THE MATERIEAL AGAINST THE SKIN IS LIKE SANDPAPER. I usually get the flex foam type but I needed a larger size because of leaks, and they didn't have the larger size of that type when I looked, so I got this type instead thinking it wouldn't be too much different. That was a mistake. I am in my 30s and have gone through many pads in my life and these are by far the worst in overall experience of wearing them. I wore them one extra day because you think you're done and get a little spotting sometimes and low and behind when I used the bathroom there was blood on the pad but NOT menstral blood. This pad had rubbed away the skin around the edge of my underwear where the wings wrap around and caused it to bleed. I am giving 2 stars purely because it has a good size and absorbancy, but AT WHAT COST??

These give me a chemical burn after a few days, ouch! Also, the sticky tape on the wings doesn't stick well. Which leads to chaffing on inner thighs and shifting of pad.

Don’t buy! At the ends are all messed up scrunched up… do better .. what in the world…. I’ve given chance after chance and don’t buy them every few months and every time I get the ones that are scrunched up at the ends
