This is a Great product! My blood pressure went from High to 112/70. My memory is better than ever. I don't have cloud fog or disconnects in my thought process and my liver numbers decreased significantly. I have lots of energy whereas, I don't need a nap. I'm not tired all of the time, I sleep well, and I wake up energized. I have recommended this product (name brand) to countless people. I have tried different Magnesium Complex products in the past. However, this is by far the Best Magnesium Complex! It has L-Threonate, Glycinate and Malate. The three most important magnesiums, in my case. Brain- for focus, and sharpness Energy- I look forward to doing everything on the list. Relaxation- It Promotes calm, and Peace. It also Eliminates anxiety!
This contains Magtein (magnesium threonate), a very effective version of magnesium that helps me with relaxation. The other types of magnesium in this complex are complementary and helpful as well. I highly recommend.
I can tell a great difference since taking these i have a more restful sleep and my morning headaches have decreased greatly since taking these.
I am a chronic pain patient and dependent on pain relief medication. Unfortunately that medication causes constipation. I had to pretty much live on MiraLAX mixed with hot chocolate. UNTIL someone told me about this magnesium. Since taking this magnesium, I have not had to use the MiraLAX.
Easy to get the best of the magnesium complex in 1 capsule. I will buy again.
