I liked the ingredients mix per servings after a few online searches for best products. This formula of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM supplement mix was my choice to manage my osteoarthritis discomfort and give me more flexibility in my old age, It stated to expect results after weeks or months, and after 3 months there has been some reduced stiffness and some benefit in my knees function. I have never experienced any side effects and surely there's some improvements with my overall mobility.
I started having hip issues and have used similar products in tablet form that were very hard to swallow. I tried these capsulesband problem solved. After about 2 weeks I had a notriceable improvement in hip pain. It works, bottom line.
My doctor told me about this from my joints and it's fantastic! I've already recommended it to my sister and she bought some also.
Trust this so much that this is our second purchase. This supplement has the ingredients my husband and I want to meet our dietary needs. Will continue to order this as needed.

I never received this item. It came to local FedEx. FedEx sent it back to where it came from because it was damaged. They never sent another. Now I'm out $27!
