Not as effective as melatonin chews. Takes a while to work. You must take 2 hours before you want it to work.

These are definitely not to be chewed even though says fast dissolve Mixed Berry flavor IDK what kind they used but the taste is so horrible Just swallow them !! Not sure why it says mixed berry " flavor" I have RX that taste better than these things and don't claim to be chewable or taste good WE will see how well they work If I sleep well then it's what matters most Also says Made in USA if true that's a plus ! I will be back to Review again if they don't help me to sleep ....I'm at 60 mg ...so 2 of these 30 mg Yeah WOW is right I can't believe some folks take 3 mg and it puts them right to sleep ? Lol I must be wired differently than those folks are Remember they TASTE awful so swallow don't allow to melt in mouth or yukkkkk

I really like how fast these take affect but they are so hideously sour that I have to swallow them instead of letting them dissolve sublingually. Because of the sourness without any sweetness I will not repurchase.

This product is horrible. Do not purchase. It does not dissolve “quickly” as claimed, does not relax you for sleep and has no flavor at all. It is like trying to dissolve a tasteless piece of cement, cutting your mouth, tongue. It is either a hundred years old or a potentially dangerous product no human should consume. I would give zero stars.
