I was having a lot of problems staying asleep I could only sleep for 2 hours at a time. and then I would be awake for about three or four. I had tried other melatonin's and they never worked. I then got an idea that it wasn't the melatonin it was the amount I was taking. these are 40 mg I had been taking five. The first direction is to cut the tablet in half. I did so I was down to 20 mg. I slept for 6 hours first time in months that I had slept that long. so if you're taking 5 mg you're probably not taking enough. The flavor is Berry and not bad at all. but don't take more than 40 mg.

I have tried every other sleep aid and for some reason none of the other sleep aid's help me out but this sleep aid helps me sleep and it helps me get a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend this sleep aid to everyone who has sleeping problems and it's cheaper then going to the doctors to get sleep medicine to help them sleep but you wake up refreshed because you got a good night rest and a good night sleep. I wish I would have found this sleep aid sooner and my doctor recommended this type of sleep aid and I was skeptical of it but it really works and I am glad I got it and not ignored my doctors advice.

I've tried every melatonin route there is. these dissolve of quick, for me is the best route versus gummy's , tablets, etc. i truly believe they're working as described!

I'm finding a more restful sleep with this complex vs straight melatonin. My struggles with sleep still persist but that's part of my life these days. I'd definitely give it a recommendation to try if your sleep is messed up.

they do help..however, I did have to take 2 or 3 here and there to help me sleep at some point. and I don't even take them consistently. they don't taste bad, kinda sweet. and dissolve in seconds.

I've been using this now for over a week %26 I find that it actually works for me! I fall asleep like an hour or less after I take it. Before I found this blend, Melatonin didn't seem to work for me so I'm not sure if it's the combination of things in this one instead of just melatonin alone that's working but I'm just glad that it is! If I end up having any side effects in the future then I'll stop taking it but for now I'm enjoying being able to sleep when I need to instead of staying up all night due to perimenopause.

Puts me to bed the quickest, but I can't take a whole pill without feeling sleepy after waking in the morning, but 1/2 a tablet seems to be a sweet spot, and I can increase the dosage as needed from there.

I started using these on a regular basis,and once your body gets used to them,they don't work. Yea these are only those nights where you need to get to sleep. But since I have bad insomnia ,and getting sleepy is and was a big factor in my sleep. I would not recommend them for a one pill fixes everything, but if you need to sleep once in a while,these should help you..

I meant to order 20 mg gummy's, and I plan to return the 40 mg for a refund.
