I purchased this in hopes it would help with my GPl 1 side affects. cannot say enough good things about this. I went from doubled over in gastric pain, sulfur burps, nausea, ECT to perfectly fine. it has made this process so much more tolerable.

It does what it’s supposed to do

It really works, it helps you go number two twice a day. Gentle on stomach and less bloating. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This definitely helps with my digestion! I used to deal with a lot more bloating and gas (ewww, I know) after meals. While this doesn't magically make it never happen, it has improved by at least 90% and the difference feels incredible. I take one right before any meal that's large or may be harder to digest (lots of fiber or dairy, for me personally). If I forget to take it before, I will have it during or right after the meal, but I find it doesn't work as well for me when I do it that way. This product is definitely worth a try!!

My only complaint so far is that it contains 30 capsules yet you take them twice a day so you're looking at roughly $40 a month once you get the additional bottle. I believe I will search for something similar next time that offers a larger quantity. I can't say 100% that they are perfect because I have only been taking them for a few weeks, but I have noticed a little difference in my abdominal discomfort.

I have IBS and this helps with the bloating that can often come with it. It also helps me keep regular as well. My clothes fit better even with the bloating due to this supplement. Highly recommend!

I'm still checking out my first bottle of Hum Flatter Me and HUM GLP-1 Booster. I've taken a nutrigenetic test that showed I have low digestive enzymes to break down fats so I hope this will help. Now post menopause, I think I'm feeling the effects of this.

Did not do anything for my bloated stomach. Can t return product as I took them all.

I used the “extra strength” Flatter Me once a day for about 3 weeks, then switched to twice a day for another 3 weeks. Then started the “pre & probiotics” Flatter Me at twice a day for a week. After 7 weeks, there has been no difference in my 61 yr old, menopausal, waist floaty. I hit the gym 3 days a week and eat twice a day. I do extra workouts at home also. I don’t think any products out there can take on menopausal fat and win.
