Holy moly, this stuff WORKS! I get horrific PMS bloat and tried this for the first time the day before my first pool day of the season. So bloated and annoyed because I've been busting my butt working out to get in shape and the bloat was hiding the abs I've been working so hard on! Idk how or why but within 12 hours the bloat is GONE, the waste has been eliminated (without cramps or discomfort) and my abs are visible. What the heck. I really am a flatter me. I was not expecting such rapid and noticeable results!

I had high hope for this. But the fact that it has so many different ingredients in it did not agree with me. By that I mean I left rabbit pellets. This happens with some people with certain ingredients. MAYBE I had less gas. I followed the instructions and took with a glass of water twice a day. There appears to be a big "influencer markup" on this out there. So I was glad to ge this Walmart price.

I don't see a difference in using these at all I'm not going to say they don't work but I don't notice a difference since taking them.

Took this one time and edited up horrible diarrhea for 2 days and stomach cramps. I have used several of Hum's supplements so I had high hopes this. Would not recommend.

I was charged $15.97 for this item. When I received the item at home there was a $10 clearance sticker on it.
