I was so bloated one night and my daughter has been taking Lemme DEBLOAT. I asked her if I could try a couple and I took them. I immediately started burping and farting all these gasses! I've been taking these for about four days. I can definitely tell something is happening; however, I'm not sure if it's the reaction of introducing different bacteria or a negative reaction. The first couple days I had extreme upper GI discomfort and feeling like I was going to throw-up. Day three, I took just one and had mild symtpoms. Day four, I went back to two and again a little more discomfort. I could tell something was happening because my stomach was growling, but felt like razorblades. Yikes! With that being said, it's amazing what can happen in our guts if there's a war between good/bad bacteria so I'm riding it out with my fingers crossed. I.chose these vitamins because it seems like Kourtney is so dedicated to chemical-free products and that's what we need! Fingers crossed that I get over the speed-bump of discomfort once the good bacteria has taken over.

I’ve tried so many of their products being so hopeful and unfortunately just not seeing the results. I’ve taken the GLP1 for almost a year along with exercise and counting calories and I’ve gained weight. So I tried pairing it with Lemme Burn and Lemme Debloat and sadly when I’m done I won’t be repurchasing since I haven’t had any success.
