I do actually feel that the lemme Focus helps me to stay on task better. I'm currently experiencing the joys (yes that was sarcasm) of perimenopause and my brain has somehow clocked out most days. Lemme focus is helping me to have better retention and focus on each day to day tasks.

I can't tell if they actually do what they claim yet as I just started them 2 days ago. They do not make my stomach upset like most supplements do, which is a huge plus for me.

Great for short term effect on concentration

I bought Lemme Focus, Lemme Chill and Lemme Sleep....I am still testing all of them out as one of them are causing a skin reaction and I cant figure out which one it is. I was excited to try them all as they have good reviews from what I've seenbut so far one of the 3 are not agreeing withmy body.

Did absolutely nothing for me but they do taste great.
