These work better than other melatonin tablets I've used in the past. Not a huge fan of a gummy supplement though, but will purchase again as I do think they have helped me fall asleep.

Couldn't stay asleep kept getting up every other hour. Taste wasn't bad but I won't be taking this product anymore made me very uncomfortable and super groggy the next day.
This product did not work for me. I took it at 6:30 p.m. Went to bed at 7:00 pm. Fell asleep (finally) at 10:30 pm and awoke at 11:30 pm. So no it was not good for me.
While the overall taste of these gummies is excellent, I still didn't sleep worth a crap after taking them. I wake up every 2-3 hours every night, first night taking these I slept 7 uninterrupted hours on one gummy and was like FINALLY I feel so rested!! Second night, 5 uninterrupted hours on one gummy. Third night, I was back to 3 hours straight of sleep on one and a half gummies. Fourth night I took 2 gummies, 3 hours straight of sleep again. Fifth night tried one gummy, and still haven't gotten that 7 hour stretch of sleep again. Don't waste your money, I know I won't again.
