This product never leaves my daily supplements.
As one holistic doctor said fish eats the products in the vegetable DHA, so why not consider the vegetable source? I have taken both DHA from fish and from vegetable source. As a whole I prefer the vegetable source. When I think of this product I think of brain health as well as heart health. I would not be without it. I trust the products of Life Extension.

Better than Fish Oil capsules.
This formula is supposed to be more healthy than Fish Oil capsules.

Brain Food!!!!!
This is in the top 5-6 supplements for brain health, and it does a host of good things for the body as well. I take this twice a day with an Omega 3 (fish oil) supplement twice a day, and I could feel my brain get clearer within a couple of weeks of starting this.

Sharper vision!
My dear mother passed away & I took the remainder of her supplement for the eyes. I didn't realize how it helped until I ran out of it & quit taking it! After awhile, I noticed that I could not read the occasional print on the tv screen like I did while on this eye "vitamin". It was much more blurry. So when I saw a similar vegetarian version of it from Life Extension, I ordered some. I immediately noticed that my vision became sharper when it came to reading things on the tv (I am mostly nearsighted but don't wear my glasses most of the time). I was honestly surprised to see the difference that these eye supplements can make! It made me a believer!

Excellent vegetarian Omega
I have been taking this Vegetarian DHA for over 6 months to assist with mental clarity in place of a fish based Omega. Pleased with results to date and would highly recommend this company. Products are packaged professionally and shipped promptly.
