This product never leaves my daily supplements.
As one holistic doctor said fish eats the products in the vegetable DHA, so why not consider the vegetable source? I have taken both DHA from fish and from vegetable source. As a whole I prefer the vegetable source. When I think of this product I think of brain health as well as heart health. I would not be without it. I trust the products of Life Extension.

Better than Fish Oil capsules.
This formula is supposed to be more healthy than Fish Oil capsules.

Brain Food!!!!!
This is in the top 5-6 supplements for brain health, and it does a host of good things for the body as well. I take this twice a day with an Omega 3 (fish oil) supplement twice a day, and I could feel my brain get clearer within a couple of weeks of starting this.

Excellent product
I bought this supplement because of a referral. I recently had major eye surgery for a detached retina. I feel this product had speeded my recovery time as well as allowing me to keep my vision.

Perfect Size & Potent
Small softgel & no fishy after taste makes consuming this DHA supplement easy & agreeable. It provides a decent amount of DHA per serving which nicely complements the LEF Super Omega-3 softgels which I take as a daily regimen.
