A lifesaver
I went thru a very intense family crisis that lasted for over a year. I don't know what I would have done without my theanine. I took 2 every night at bedtime and it really helped me to sleep. And on especially difficult days, I would take 1 or 2 throughout the day. No side effects at all, the only thing I noticed was I wasn't so stressed...

This does work!!
I've been taking this a couple years now. It definitely helps, it puts you on an even keel. I started out taking 1 twice a day and that really zapped my energy. I went down to just once at bedtime, and found my comfort zone! I recommend this for everyone!

Helps me
In combination with Florasist Mood Improve, this supplement has helped me immensely with lifting my spirits and helping me with sleeping. Really helps me to sleep
I could not live without this product. I take two tablets 30 minutes or so before I go to sleep and it puts me right to sleep. I sleep peacefully with little to no restlessness and wake up feeling refreshed, not drugged. It has helped me to get in 8 quality sleep hours and function much better during the day. I have been taking this product for over 2 years and it still has the effectiveness that it did from the beginning. It does, however, take a few days to get into your system but from day one I was sleeping better.

I am going to buy another bottle
I THINK this product is helping to calm me down - also giving it to my 16 yo son and he seems to be doing well too. Been taking 2 tablets per day, but plan to increase that to 3 to see if he makes a difference
