Life Extension Bioactive Complete B-complex, Heart, Brain And Nerve Support, Healthy Energy, Metabolism, Complete B Complex, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I purchased this B-complex supplement and I am truly impressed with it. After about a month of taking it, the main difference I’ve noticed is a significant boost in my energy levels. Before this product, I felt tired all the time. I had no energy to get things done, and even simple tasks would take me a long time because I constantly felt exhausted. But after I started taking it, I noticed a difference from the very first day—I felt more energized and motivated. Now during the day, I’m much more active and able to complete tasks that I had been putting off for a long time. Because I stay active during the day, I’m also sleeping better at night. Before, I struggled with my sleep schedule—I couldn’t sleep through the night and would only take short naps during the day. Now it feels like my body clock is finally getting back to normal. I’m very happy with the results, and I will definitely be purchasing this again.

All B complex have a smell! Drink with plenty of water! I LOVE the Fast Absorption rate! My nerves calm down immediately in about 20 minutes! The price is very low for such a great product!

Life Extension is a top level brand. This is the same product I have been ordering from Iherb. It is a great product, I have been taking it for at least a year. I don't know if it has anything to do with nails, but I have the best growing and hardest nails every. I take 1 a day right after my first meal.

I've bought this from the manufacturer before, cost me more and took longer to get it, but either way, good B-Complex!

I got this because it's a recommended natural supplement. I also got another one from the same company for something different. Both bottles are 1 short. I looked in both bottles this morning to see what's left so I could order if needed. Now I understand one bottle having a mistake and shorting 1 vitamin. Two different bottles going to the same customer both having 1 short is suspicious. I'll be purchasing a different brand from this point on. also, it's difficult to tell if the product is working just after one bottle.

This has been good so far I started taking this B Complex from August this year and so far i have not experienced any side effects this actually works because my energy levels have increased I was a bit low in this vitamin and since I have been taking this I felt even better in just a week of taking it and so I recommended it to my son so we both have been taking this B Complex since August and we never missed a day. Good product👍🏾

gave me heart burn otherwise I liked the ingredients

Yall the sent the wrong vitamins totally wrong I ordered the b complex and they sent vitamin d and k

Two of the capsules in this bottle were broken and empty,… the powder from those capsules had spilled out into the bottle. Also, there were two capsules in the bottle that were white, not the golden color of the actual B Complex.capsules, So the wrong vitamin capsules were mixed in with the BComplex. (I threw the un-matching capsules away).

The percentage of daily recommendation is dangerously high if one doesn't take it on a full stomach. I ate breakfast, but by 10:00, between the niacin and my daily BP pill, I bottomed out. My BP had dropped dangerously low. It was quite frightening. This is one pill that you can't play around with. Make sure you eat a big breakfast and don't expect to just pee off any excess dose. More is definitely not always better.
