I got this because it's a recommended natural supplement. I also got another one from the same company for something different. Both bottles are 1 short. I looked in both bottles this morning to see what's left so I could order if needed. Now I understand one bottle having a mistake and shorting 1 vitamin. Two different bottles going to the same customer both having 1 short is suspicious. I'll be purchasing a different brand from this point on. also, it's difficult to tell if the product is working just after one bottle.

This has been good so far I started taking this B Complex from August this year and so far i have not experienced any side effects this actually works because my energy levels have increased I was a bit low in this vitamin and since I have been taking this I felt even better in just a week of taking it and so I recommended it to my son so we both have been taking this B Complex since August and we never missed a day. Two of the capsules in this bottle were broken and empty,… the powder from those capsules had spilled out into the bottle. Also, there were two capsules in the bottle that were white, not the golden color of the actual B Complex.capsules, So the wrong vitamin capsules were mixed in with the BComplex. (I threw the un-matching capsules away).
