I have tried other brands. They pale to this. I have purchased and it's on my new reorder list again. The first time and every time I open a bottle of this valerian it has the dark green color it is supposed to have and the rich smell that can't be missed. I use it for sleep and days when my anxiety is up. This works every time. I highly would tell others to try if you have any of the same problems. Plus this is a triple lab tested for quality. This is something I look forward to seeing on a product that is going into my body. They are easy to take capsules. There's no after effect from them.

Out of all the products I've tried this one works best for me. I felt a difference first time taking it and works wonders. They need to add more milligrams though.

The capsules smell awful but work so good! I was waking up every 2 hours and having trouble falling back asleep. Since starting them, I am able to sleep a 5 hour stretch and I am able to fall back asleep. Sleep times went from less than 6 hours a night to 7 1/2 -8, and I wake up feeling refreshed. The dosage is 2 capsules but at this point I am only taking 1.

I've tried several brands and this is by far the best. Dosage of only 1 capsule an nice feature. Other brand dosages are 2-4 capsules to get the same strength. Very high quality product.

This product really works. And it's safe, because it's completely natural. If taken as suggested, you'll get a good rest, without feeling groggy when you wake up. Good stuff!

This valerian root works great. Relaxes and calms me after a stressful day. The quality of this product seems too notch, I love the quantity as well. Great product

I think it's more potent when the capsule is emptied into hot (not boiling) water to steep 3 minutes with my sleep aide tea. Without the hot water it doesn't really do much for me personally.
