i have insomnea, have struggled with sleep since a teen in Highschool. I was using 20g melatonin %26wanted to try something different %26didn't want the ingredient from Benedryl.I found these %26 they are working. I only take 1/2 a pill %26am sleeping pretty sound. A full one, I was having a hard time waking and felt a bit groggy in the morning. 1/2 seems just right for me.

These are the only sleep aid that works consistently for me. I actually break them in half. A whole pill can put you out like a light!

Definitely helps sleep
I suffer from severe insomnia since elementary and I've regularly started taking this product every night by 5 PM and I am ready to go by 8:30 PM. after a diligent amount of research, this is the safest and best product that has worked for me with my condition.
