i tried alot of OTC medication nothing is better then this plus its made by the most of the American brand Bayer. it does great with my Arthritis Pain and Flare ups

I live in chronic pain 24/7 after having ten lumbar surgeries %26 two neck surgeries ended up paralyzed below the waist in stage 4 kidney disease %26 suffer with seizures %26 migraines you can say pain is part of my daily life. I use the Aleve caplets every day and can honestly tell you that as far as OTC meds go Aleve is the only one that works to even touch my chronic pain I have tried every kind of OTC available but always go back to Aleve granted I have to take more than the recommended dose more often than suggested but it’s worth the risk for the relief it gives me. It does not take away the pain it just calms the worst part of it allowing me to relax. I Highly recommend you try Aleve OTC for any pain you have it’s better than Tylenol Excedren Aspirin or Advil and easy on the stomach as well, also cost is reasonable if you buy it in a lg quantity like 200 or more. I order mine from Walmart in a box of 270 or 320 between $24 %26 30 dollars if you watch for the sales. I have used Aleve for over 10 yrs

This is the only product I use when I need relief from overusing my muscles. At nearly 74 years of age, the old body doesn't bounce back after a day of heavier than normal activity. This lets me feel pretty good the next day. I've been using Aleve for over ten years and wouldn't use anything else.

I fractured 2 vertebrae in my back. I take Aleve in between my prescribed pain meds. When they wear off too soon. Aleve gets me through those times. Aleve Also helps with my nerve pain from a failed surgery on my back. I took too many goody powders for too long and they destroyed my stomach. Aleve works as well and doesn't give me stomach pain. And my Dr doesn't get upset with me for taking them

It's the only thing that helps with my all over body joint pain, I even refuse to take blood thinners after I was told I had Afib because you can't take NSAIDs which is what Aleve is, with blood thinners. I also have narcotic pain medicine and this works better for my joint pain.

I've never taken a leave before. I do know however Tylenol Excedrin etc BC's cannot take my headache away I got these today I took a couple and right now I don't have a headache which I'm pretty happy about.

I get relief from the arthritis pain for a few hours but will take more in a few hours as is directed in the instructions of the package. I only take the required amount.

It only calms the pain down made about two two and a half hours and then the pain is back and forth. Plus it never showed up until I almost at 11:00 last night. Which I had to be up at 5:00 because it kept saying it was delayed

This item was delivered unboxed from my local store. It looks like it came from someone's cabinet at home. I am afraid to use it so I requested a refund

The product was great however the delivery service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Arrived late, the person couldn't communicate with me and then would NOT leave my property.
