Old age is no fun! Even though I made it to 60 years old, (it seems like only the other day I couldn't wait to turn 21)– With my old age came a variety of problems with one of them being harder to stand up. So the bottle of “Osteo Bi-Flex” states it contains 88 pills, & your supposed to take 2 of them a day. They are quite larger then I would expect & the 1st two I took, I had a slight problem swallowing them. Although on the “Osteo Bi-Flex” package it states it takes a week, standing up I was feeling partial effects the very next day. After a week of taking them (2 pills a day) It was getting way easier to stand up. (Pretty amazing) Over all, I'm a fan of these supplements. They seemed like they rolled the clock back 4 years at least & I can move way better. My only gripe at this point is the pills are fairly good size, and slightly tough to swallow.

I have been taking another brand for joint pain but I have found after taking this for a week in a little more relief with my joint pain. I have joint pain in my knees, shoulders and fingers. I am happy with the results and will continue to use this.

I originally got these for my husband cause he has knee problems but I have been taking them cause of the knee I have and  they are working I can now climb stairs with little to no pain and they are also helping me in other areas. I have very sore joints and cartilage in my legs which causes my knees and ankles to pop constantly, so tried the Osteo triple strength for a week. The results are impressive with less aches and more flexibility. If you can get passed the humongous pill size and choke them down these are well worth it.

I was really exited to try (Osteo Bi-Flex #jointhealth), the packaging is very bold. The pills are in my opinion are rather large. There was problems with my mail receiving they was a delay. I took the pills as prescribed, I did feel a form of relief for my sciatica. I will continue to take to get even more pain relief.

So sorry to have to say this but a photo revealing how large the pill is would be helpful. Cant really say if I would recommend this to anyone that has trouble swallowing. I opened the container to see the pills are HUGE. I simply cant take this based on that alone. Will have to find another source. Sad customer. Will return.

I may not be writing an objective review. I have only taken these extremely large dietary supplements for 14 days as prescribed. I've have noticed no particular results. They are hard for me to swallow as is and actually difficult to cut in half to reduce size. I have decided not to pursue this avenue further and to keep looking elsewhere. I've heard good things on this brand and that there is a compact version of this available. I will keep searching for this product.

I've only been using this product for a few weeks. It says on the box improved joint comfort within 7 days. I'm in my early 70ties. I do have some joint discomfort in my shoulder and knees. I can't honestly say this has given me any relief. I may not have used it long enough. So when I finish this bottle I'll just have to see if it's worth getting another one. The tablets are rather large but I don't have a problem with swallowing them. Some people may.

I have tried Osteo Bi-Flex products off and on for well over a decade ever since my rheumatologist said the products do seem to help some people. But I find that either I don't notice any improvement or the improvement is so slight I decide it's not enough to justify continuing to buy and take the pills. I have not tried them in several years so I wanted to give them another try. I was hoping that this time I would see some noticeable improvement. But the results were the same. I have taken 2 a day, one at breakfast and one at dinner but feel pretty much the same as I always do. The pills themselves are easy to swallow and they don't start to dissolve in your mouth as soon as you take them. There's no aftertaste from taking them. They contain shellfish, I have a lot of allergies but these pills have never triggered any kind of allergic reaction in me. I have only been taking them a little over a week and I plan to finish the bottle so I will update this review if I begin to notice an improvement in my joint pain in the next couple of weeks. If I were asked by a friend if she should try them, I'd answer that it would be worth trying out a bottle and seeing if they help.

I received my triple strength Osteo Bi-flex and the first thing I noticed was, in order to get triple strength, I had to take 2 tablets. I have been taking 2 tablets per day for about 2 weeks now. It is a white, oval shaped tablet about the size of a calcium tablet. It is not easy to notice changes. I feel like I may have experienced some improvement but not really a lot and only occasionally. I move a lot in an effort to keep my joints, sort of, lubricated. The more you use them, the more flexibility the joints seem to have. Unfortunately, when I sit for a period of time, the flexibility disappears and I have to use the joint enough to get it working again. I try to sit with my legs straight on a recliner or sofa but I run into the same problem. I still have enough capsules left for another few weeks but, based on the change I have experienced thus far, I do not expect to purchase them again. If something happens in the next few weeks to change my mind, I will do another review.
