Love this product.
Have been using Magtein for years. Since using I have experienced increased levels of concentration, sleep, mood, short term memory has improved, overall mood improvement, and I'm more focused and alert. Works for me
I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for years to calm my nerves. It works fairly well. I heard about Magtein and decided to give it a try. This works a lot better. I feel much more calm and focused since I've been taking this. It's more expensive but worth it in my opinion.
