I'm relatively new to this product. I've really noticed a difference - and have since first couple days started taking. Fogginess lifted, much sharper thinking, easier concentration, quicker memory recall, learning ability feels stronger than it has a very long time. Fingers crossed this continues indefinitely. Feel so better, more control of my thinking and learning.
This really helped with focus and memory, and slightly helped with mood as well. I have taken a similar product with bacopa that combines CBD, THC, theanine, caffeine, and theobromine, and I have to admit it was far more effective in terms of mood elevation. I will be trying Cognitex Elite next to see if it helps more with mood.
Keep it up with great products!
It feels like it might have a stimulant, but I've not been able to determine what it is... Makes me feel like I've had too much caffeine though (but caffeine is not listed as an ingredient). I did feel more aware/alert in general. I also saw an increase in headaches, but can't unequivocally associate it with this supplement. I will try it for another month and see how it goes.
This product did not work for me as it claims. I won't re-order.
