I ordered this gamma e by mistake, was looking for a cheaper alternative to my already staggering list of pills and medications that I must take for my high grade brain tumor (cancer). once i read on the beifits of one of the ingredients, and cancer, it was no question this mistake was divine. I am a college student taking very advanced courses so I take it everyday. on exam days I even take double, you don't have to but I rather take the Alpha GPC in Cognitex than drink another caffeinated energy drink only to crash. It definitely works. I have also taken CDP Choline from Life Extension, but Cognitex Basics works better for me. When I read I am more focused, I don't day dream the way I used to, and my examination grades sky rocketed.

Has helped me with "brain fog" . I am 65 years old and still work in a field with MUCH younger people and this helps me stay sharp and not so intimidated by my coworkers, who THINK they are all so smart.

I have been using this supplement for over 10 years . In my late 60's I'm still learning new things, games like mahjong and remember the past very well . This along with healthy diet and exercise will keep your brain healthy.

Honestly I've never taken phosphatidylserine before so I don't have anything to directly compare it too. I have however used Alpha-GPC and ate a bunch of blueberries. I feel that overall this supplement does very little if anything. I haven't noticed improvement in mood or focus. When I first started taking it I noticed that I was falling asleep earlier in the evening than usual? Anyways it's a good thing that it's so cheap so I don't feel like I wasted my money and more like broke even... Perhaps worth mentioning that I also recently started supplementing with SAM-e which is obviously different (and much more expensive) BUT it actually produces results that I can notice in terms of mood, energy and whatever it does to cleanse my liver.
