I have been using Mood Improve on a regular basis for more than a year. When I started taking it I noticed a significant difference in my moods within about one week, and it has remained effective. I ran out once and noticed a difference within two days. Another time I tried the higher dose saffron from Life Extension and it did not seem to be as effective. The capsules are very easy to swallow, and there are no negative side effects. I plan to continue taking it as long as I can afford it.

At first, on the first bottle, I really thought this stuff worked and helped me with negative moods, but then when I finished the first bottle, I fell into a black funk, which only proved to me that this stuff was helping me. However, when I started up with the second bottle, I didn't notice anything remarkable. In fact, I began to suspect that whatever is in this stuff is probably something I should stay away from. I have two more unopened bottles, money wasted.
