I believe it helps. You definitely have to take in consideration that it doesn’t always happen immediately just like most medicines. You have to wait for it to impact your life a little bit, but I love it.

Only been using these for a short time but I have noticed I sleep better %26 stay more calm throughout the day. The taste isn't great but it isn't bad either!

I feel like I genuinely see an uplift in my mood since I started taking these, would recommend if feeling a little down, the weather mostly plays apart in my mood and with it cold and cloudy lately maybe the vitamin D is what I need

These saffron supplements have been an incredible boost taken alongside our son’s traditional ADHD medication. Highly recommend trying these if you A)want to try a supplement for ADHD or B)find that just using a traditional methylphenidate type medication does not give as much effect as needed . These took us from multiple negative notes a week from school to daily “all smiles” reports. At summer camp this season they say he is a different kid. He’s still a wild and loud 7 year old and we still are always doing work to improve but we do truly think these have been a huge help for us. These are relatively cheap compared to others and bottom line is that these were effective for us where others were not. 1000 STARS

The taste is delicious, and in a way, that citrus flavor %26 scent works to give you a tiny immediate boost- it's Vitamin C. I wouldn't say that I'm over the moon joyful or happy all the time since taking these of course, but I do feel like they've been helping a little to lift and balance my mood. On the days I take them, I'm a little less anxious %26 less prone to get cranky because of the little things. It could be a placebo effect to be honest, but I'll honestly take that over being snappy with my kids. I've been taking them pretty consistently for 2 months now.

My biggest complaint with these is that they taste and smell like plastic/rubber. The packaging is fine. I’ve heard great things about Olly but I will not purchase this specific product again. I can get better tasting vitamins from other brands at a better cost as well.

The taste is good, I could not feel any difference in how I felt. In fact, I felt sleepy after using this.

they don't make me feel very happy, as a matter of fact I kind of feel the opposite way. and they leave a bad taste in your mouth. but I would recommend the probiotics by ali, and I would also recommend the melatonin by Ali, as well as the low stress. but these Happy's did not work well.
