Very relaxing... nice texture %26 flavor. It's not a sticky gummy. I just take 1/2 the dose. I do think it's excessive to follow a daily dose of 4 per day.

they're a bit pricy, but they're somehow magical and actually work. I'm super skeptical and don't ever fall for placebo effects. I'm not a scientist so I don't know how, but they do work to chill and unwind before bed especially with a sleepy time tea

Bought for my son (he has restless legs). He said they were tasty and he looked forward to eating them. He said they seemed to be relaxing but it also might have been a placebo effect ;-). Overall I would say it was a good purchase.

I was having a lot of muscle and joint issues and I started taking these delicious magnesium. Gummies and I feel so much better.

This product is flavored raspberry, and lavender. Which would be fine unless you're allergic to lavender. It tasted weird to me, and I started reading the ingredients and saw that lavender was in it. I did not notice if it was actually on the package or not, if it was, I didn't see it. We have two people allergic to lavender in this home and now I had to go re-buy the magnesium in a different brand.

Instead of making your relax, this makes you go to the bathroom. I mean diarrhea! Mag-Citrate is a laxative! What you want is Magnesium Glycinate and this isn't it! I took it for 3 nights before I looked down at the bottle to see that it was citrate. And then I knew why I had diarrhea first thing every morning. This does not relax you at all by the way.

Tried these for 5 days. Quick to make me feel very relaxed and sleepy but for the 5 nights I tried them, I would fall asleep hard for 3ish hours then be wide awake for hours. It was rough. Stopped taking them and slept amazing. The taste is very good, but anything that tastes that good is full of sugar. Taking four at once like that too is going to create problems for your teeth. A big 0/10 for me. Find a health food store and buy a magnesium capsule supplement.

i did not receive the item it was unavailable and was still charged for it with know substitutions..not pleased at all
