These work and are easily absorbed taste ok for it being iron. I'm glad OLLY made these becaus I need them due to white blood cells being elevated and I am anemic. These give me sustained energy and not constipated. Thanks OLLY for another good one!

The Olly delightful iron chewables are definite work in progress. I take other vitamins from Olly which are effective so I hope these are too. I am quite anemic, and therefore, I definitely need iron support. These chewables are easy to digest, the taste isn't too bad, but the texture is chalky once you start chewing. I like how there are less than 2 g of sugar per serving with the serving being two chewable tablets per day. I'll definitely continue to take these to see if my anemia/iron levels get better.
