These work better than any other brand we've tried. My ADHD teen takes one at 9:00 and is sleepy and ready to fall sleep before 10:00. My ADHD brain usually only needs half a tab.

I rotate these with other aides I may need so that I am not using the same sleep agent at every time. I find they are very effective and useful in this manner. They take effect quickly so plan on going to sleep and avoid driving or operating any mechanical equipment.

this has bee a life save for my husband and myself. It makes going to sleep so much easier and I feel like it helps turn off your racing mind that keeps you awake.

they work great not to strong bu strong enough to get the job done was struggling to fall asleep took one of em closed my eyes for a lil while and before i knew it i was fast asleep

At last I could get some sleep! I can't take it more than 2 nights in a row because I seem to get used to it, but that's ok. I will definitely get it again.

Out of all the sleep aides they have this one is my favorite. I feel likes it's the strongest overall and it tastes like candy. I also noticed I sleep heavier than I have been which is nice.

Very helpful in peacefully calming an ADHD child's nightly train wreck. We have tried numerous types and strengths, and this is the first that works and he doesn't fight about taking it. Win win!

Not as good as my usual Sleep3, but I thought I might be building a tolerance and wanted to try something different-but still with melatonin. It DID seem to help me doze off, but I woke up an hour later and couldn't get back to sleep, (my preferred night time helper is time-released). Regardless, I'll keep it on hand, just in case.

didn't know they were for adults and bought them for my child (age 12) adults had to take 1 tablet so a child would take a 1/4 of a tablet :) I wish they would include that on the bottle.

not what I expected. I need at least 4 of these pills to do any good at all. I miss your packets that used hot water and drank like a tea. They worked better. Why are you not selling these anymore?
