I'm reviewing mary ruths lemon balm extract. i love this extract. it calms heart palpitations while i wait for my dr appointment. im probably hyperthyroid and its calming the anxiety, palpitations and helps with insomnia. i tried a cheaper brand and it did not work. mary Ruth's is a good brand.
Helpful to add in tea to de stress and wind down for the evening. Relaxing. Great combo to your favorite beverage without tasting the added lemon balm drops. See directions, curtail to your liking as needed. Great alternative to PM sleep aid.

If you can add the drops to a drink (or simply like the taste), this product can help just keep you slightly calmer than normal. It's not a huge difference but enough :)
